Include what you were trying to do and any error message or request ID. Keep passwords, verification codes, API keys and private message content out of your support request.

## Connecting an assistant

The [connection guide](https://www.snowbear.ai/ai) explains how to sign in and connect SnowBear to Claude, ChatGPT and other agents.

To revoke an assistant's access, disconnect it in Connectors > AI and agents in SnowBear. Removing it from an assistant's interface alone may leave the SnowBear connection active.
